We offer a 3-day return policy only in case of manufacturing defects. This means you must raise a return request within 3 days of receiving the product.
📹 Opening Video Mandatory:
To claim a return, an uninterrupted opening video of the parcel is mandatory.
The video must clearly show:

The sealed parcel

Polythene being cut/opened

Product taken out clearly

No pauses, no edits, no cuts
Without a proper opening video, return requests will not be accepted.

Replacement
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, if a manufacturing defect or damage is confirmed, we will process a replacement within 7–10 business days.
Replacement is applicable only for defective or damaged products.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please note that banks or payment gateways may take additional time to process and reflect the refund.
